Ordering & Shipping
Placing an order is simple! Browse our website, add your desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. Once completed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status on the shipping carrier’s website.

Warranty & Claims
Our E-Warranty is a digital warranty service that automatically registers your product’s warranty when you make a purchase. You’ll receive an email with your warranty details, which you can access anytime. If you encounter any issues with your product, you can easily file a warranty claim via email or our website.

To file a warranty claim, report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please send clear pictures and videos of the issue along with a copy of your invoice to mujtabanara.mobiltel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0328-2898-807.
You must file a warranty claim within 24 hours of receiving your product. For damaged products, claims should be reported within 1 hour of delivery (or at the time of delivery for Karachi).

We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. However, if the product is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a warranty claim or replacement.
Refunds & Payments
To request a refund, send an email to mujtabanara.mobiltel@gmail.com with your order ID, bank account details (including IBAN, account number, and branch information), and the refund amount. Refunds typically take 4-6 working days to process.
If you paid via credit or debit card, the payment will be returned via reversal. Reversals are processed within 17-25 working days.

We do offer a range of products, but unbranded items are not eligible for warranty claims. Always ensure that you check the product details for any brand-specific warranty information.
