1. How do I place an order on MobilTel?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our product categories, select the items you'd like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, go to checkout and fill in your shipping details. After confirming your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

 

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link in your email or by visiting the shipping carrier’s website.

 

3. What is the E-Warranty, and how do I register it?

Our E-Warranty is a digital warranty service that is automatically registered when you make a purchase from MobilTel. You will receive an email confirmation with your warranty details, and you can access it anytime through your account or the confirmation email.

 

4. How do I file a warranty claim?

If you need to file a warranty claim, simply follow these steps:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Take clear pictures and videos of the problem, along with a photo of the invoice.

  • Send the images and videos to mujtabanara.mobiltel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0328-2898-807.

Claims will be processed by our team and will be responded to within 2-4 working days.

5. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If the product is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a warranty claim or replacement.

6. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Send us an email at mujtabanara.mobiltel@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order ID, bank details (name, account number, IBAN, etc.), and the refund amount.
    Refunds typically take 4-6 working days to process.

7. How long do I have to make a warranty claim?

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. For damaged products, claims should be reported within 1 hour of delivery (or at the time of delivery for Karachi).

 

8. Can I exchange a product?

If you receive the wrong product, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with the necessary details (pictures/videos, invoice) to initiate the exchange process.
