By using MobilTel, you agree to the terms and conditions, claim procedures, and refund & reversal policies of our platform. Please read these carefully before proceeding.
Order Claims
Order claims differ depending on the respective product supplier. As MobilTel is a marketplace platform, we do not handle warranty claims directly.
Customers must follow the outlined procedures to register a claim for a product.
Official Brand Warranty
The terms for official warranties are provided on the warranty card. MobilTel is not responsible for processing warranty claims. Warranty claims must be handled through the respective brand’s service centers.
Warranty Claim Period
Customers must report any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Warranty Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:
The claim is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
The product is damaged after delivery.
The product is unbranded.
The customer changes their mind about the product.
Medical products and supplements causing health issues are not the responsibility of MobilTel. We advise consulting medical professionals before purchasing or consuming such products.
The product carries an official warranty; the customer must contact the relevant brand’s service center directly.
MobilTel does not entertain international warranty products.
Claim Procedures
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must provide pictures and detailed videos of the issue, along with a copy of the invoice.
For damaged products, claims should be reported within 1 hour of delivery (or at the time of delivery for Karachi).
Once the claim is forwarded to the appropriate department, the claims team will respond within 2-4 working days.
If a wrong product is delivered, it will be exchanged if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All claims will be reviewed by the vendor and our quality control team.
Valid claims are eligible for a replacement.
If the product is unavailable for exchange, a refund or reversal will be issued to the customer.
Recommendation
We recommend customers record an unboxing video of the product as proof of condition upon delivery.
Refunds & Reversals
The process for refunds and reversals is as follows:
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 4-6 working days.
Reversals
Payments made via credit/debit cards will be refunded via reversal. This process will be completed within 17-25 working days.
